As Fitzfood Healthy & Organic, our primary goal is to ensure that our customers have a healthy and happy experience. For this reason, when you have any problems with your orders, we strive to provide fast and fair solutions in line with the conditions set out below.
Return and Exchange Policy
When you receive your order, please check that the products are complete and in accordance with your order. In the event of a missing, incorrect or damaged product in your package, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at the latest.
- If the products are spoiled, damaged or incorrect, you can inform us by sending an e-mail to info@fitzfood.com with a photo of the products or by calling our customer service number.
- In these cases, Fitzfood will provide free replacement of the faulty products or the necessary compensation to your subscription package.
Returns and Refunds
Non-Returnable Products
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns due to problems arising from the storage conditions of our customers after delivery. In addition, since our customized menus are created specifically for the customer, it is not possible to return the products due to the personal preferences of the customer.
Repayment Terms
In cases where it is not possible to compensate for faulty or missing products, a refund is provided according to the preference of our customers. The refund amount will be reflected to you within a maximum of 5 business days through your original payment method according to your payment method.
Subscription Cancellation
Subscription Cancellation Conditions
If you want to cancel your subscription before the end of the term;
- In case of cancellation, the service deduction is calculated based on the daily rate of the closest shorter package price to the package you have purchased.
- An additional 10% fixed cost deduction will be made from your subscription fee for the period used.
- The remaining balance as a result of the calculation will be returned to you within 15 business days.
- In case of cancellation and refunds, extra discounts made within the scope of the campaign or promotion will be canceled and pricing will be made over the standard package fees.
Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us at least 48 hours before the delivery date. Cancellation requests may not be accepted in cases where the order is in the preparation or delivery stage.
